Death

Death

Corralling the demons to take you away
Slashing limbs till the blood does spray
Dumped into the depths of fire and decay
Sending you south where the devil does play

People are harsh and people are cold
You rarely see someone who acts so bold
To make a statement, something untold
To people around you, young or old

Watch from a distance society may say
But what happens if someone turns gay
You act out and fight until you're old and grey
But the fight is lost along the way

To see a person so distraught and depressed
Who always end up an outcast from the rest
To always know you're not the best
Isn't this what you should contest

Corralling the demons to take you away
Slashing limbs till the blood does spray
Dumped into the depths of fire and decay
Sending you south where the devil does play

What would you expect from someone not there
Would you really want them, want them to care
About you and your life, and your despair
Shouldn't you make people aware

Would you want to see what comes to pass
Behind a window, a pane of glass
As the air turns, from oxygen to gas
A lighter is thrown into the mass

The sky does darken, this Sunday it rains
As people crowd around the brains
No blood courses throughout the veins
Flames do dance amid the remains

Corralling the demons to take you away
Slashing limbs till the blood does spray
Dumped into the depths of fire and decay
Sending you south where the devil does play

  3. Essentially, yes. But better than anticipated.
When you couldn't spell "panes" I had to lower my expectations. =]
